Built around your own days

Food & DigestionYour observations, in one place—not a list of forbidden foods.

  • Meals and symptom timing
  • Food and ingredient patterns
  • Your daily context

A simple daily loop

From “what was it?” to a clearer personal history.

Start with ordinary observations. Over time, look at meals, symptoms, and the rest of your day together. No score can replace how you feel.

01Food overview

Your food day. In one view.

See the regular Food dashboard with its meal, check-in, and insight cards together. Open a card when you want to explore further.

02Meal diary

Remember the meal. Keep the context.

Log what you ate and when. Reuse a previous meal, or review the suggested food attributes before saving something new.

03Meal analysis

Describe a meal. Review the estimates.

Describe your meal, then review estimated nutrition and suggested food attributes before saving. You can edit the attributes; AI estimates can be wrong and are not an allergy-safety check.

04Gut check-in

Capture how it felt—and when.

Record gut comfort, symptoms, intensity, and timing. A symptom-free check-in is useful context too; an unlogged day is not treated as symptom-free.

05Food Patterns

Give recurring food patterns a closer look.

Once enough observations exist, compare meals around symptom windows with comparison meals. See the evidence behind a possible pattern—not a list of foods declared good or bad.

06Ingredient Patterns

Look beyond a single meal.

Compare logged ingredient tags across different meals. The app keeps unknown observations separate, so missing information does not become reassuring evidence.

07Life’s Impact

Put digestion in the context of your day.

Explore how symptom severity varies alongside recorded daily signals, such as stress, sleep, and activity. These are observed associations, not proof of what caused a symptom.

A clear boundary

Patterns and estimates.
Not a diagnosis.

Unchaos Life shows personal observations and associations. It does not diagnose food intolerances or allergies, confirm that a food is safe, or prove what caused a symptom. If symptoms keep returning, discuss them with a qualified healthcare professional; do not cut out foods solely because of an app pattern.

Your personal timeline and core pattern analysis stay on your iPhone. Meal-description analysis can use OpenAI after consent. Reusing a saved meal does not require a new analysis.

Screenshots use synthetic example data. Meal-analysis estimates are illustrative and need review. Patterns need sufficient observations and may not appear for every food.
